48-Hour Re-clean Guarantee
If something about your clean is not right, tell us within 48 hours and we come back and re-clean those areas at no cost.
How it works
Have a look around after your clean. If any area is not up to the standard you expected, a missed skirting board, streaky glass, an oven that needed another pass, send us a photo on WhatsApp or reply to your confirmation email within 48 hours.
We will book a free re-clean of the flagged areas within two working days, usually sooner. For end of tenancy cleans, the same applies to anything your landlord or agent raises at check-out.

The conditions
- Let us know within 48 hours of the clean finishing
- The re-clean covers the flagged areas, at no cost to you
- Things outside your service's checklist (outside windows or ceilings, for example) are not covered. We list what is excluded before you book.
That is the whole of it. There is no "at our discretion" clause.
