- Oven cleaned inside and out (included)
- Fridge and freezer cleaned if empty and defrosted

- Washing machine drum, seal and drawer

- Shower, screen, tiles and taps descaled

48-Hour Re-clean Guarantee
If anything is not right, tell us within 48 hours and we come back to re-clean those areas at no cost. It applies to every booking.

How does the re-clean guarantee work?
If the landlord or agent raises a cleaning issue at check-out, let us know within 48 hours and we will go back and sort the flagged areas for free.
Do I need to be at the property?
No. We can pick keys up from you, the agent or a lockbox, and send photos when we finish.
Is the oven included?
Yes, a full oven interior clean is part of every end of tenancy price. A lot of companies charge it separately, we do not.
How far ahead should I book?
Two or three days is usually enough. If your move is sooner than that, message us and we will see what we can do.
Does the price include VAT?
Yes, always. The figure on your quote is the amount you pay.
